Before a customer ever walks through your door or books a service, their journey usually begins with a Google search. The Google Business Profile (GBP) section of your Analytics dashboard maps out this path, showing you exactly how people transition from "just looking" to "ready to buy." By monitoring these interactions, you can see how effectively your profile captures a customer's attention and guides them toward your business.
Meet Your Customers Where They Search: A complete profile ensures that when a customer reaches the end of their search, they have all the information they need to choose you. As a general rule, a more complete profile will lead to better performance. By clicking Complete Profile, you provide the details like hours, photos, and services, that give customers the confidence to take the next step in their journey.
