Your Thryv Social Ads campaign is running and you can see exactly how it's performing without leaving Thryv. The Social Ads Analytics page gives you a real-time view of how your paid ad campaigns are reaching potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. How to Find Your Social Ads Analytics
To view your Social Ads Analytics, log in to Thryv and click on Analytics in the left-hand navigation. Click the Social tab at the top of the Analytics page. Your Social Ads performance metrics appear in the Performance section under the Social label.
The Social tab displays data for your paid Social Ads campaigns only. Organic social activity, such as posts published through your Thryv social calendar or managed through Thryv Social Post Content, is not reflected here.
What Your Social Ads Analytics Dashboard Shows You
The Social Ads Analytics page tracks the performance of your managed paid Social ad campaigns. Each metric is updated every 24 hours and reflects activity across whichever social platforms are included in your Social Ads plan. The dashboard displays the following five metrics:
Impressions track the number of times your Meta ads were shown on screen. Impressions count every instance your ad appeared, including repeat views by the same person.
Reach tracks the unique number of people who saw your Meta ads at least once. Reach counts each person only one time regardless of how often they saw your ad.
Clicks track the number of clicks, taps, or swipes on your Meta ads. Clicks indicate how many people took action after seeing your ad.
Click Through Rate (CTR) is the percentage of people who clicked on your ads after seeing them. The industry average CTR for social advertising is 1%–1.5%. A CTR above that range means your ads are outperforming the industry average.
Leads shows the total number of people who provided their contact information via lead forms attached to your ads. Leads are only tracked on campaigns that include a lead form.
The Analytics page displays a line graph below the metric tiles showing your current period performance compared to the previous period. To change the date range displayed in the graph, click the date range selector in the upper right corner of the Performance section and select a new timeframe.
FAQ
How often does my Social Ads Analytics data update? Data on the Social Ads Analytics page syncs every 24 hours. If you made changes to your campaign or your ads ran recently, allow up to 24 hours for the latest numbers to appear.
Does this page show analytics for all of my social accounts? No, the Social Ads Analytics page shows performance data for your Thryv Social Ads paid campaigns only. Organic post performance, follower counts, engagement from posts published through your social calendar, and results from Thryv Social Post Content are not reflected here.
