• Faster load: Social tab now loads in under 1 second (was up to 30 seconds internationally)
• Smarter landing: Users now land on a “Getting Started” checklist instead of an empty analytics page, with clear next steps.
• Expired credentials alert: “Refresh Credentials” banner directly on the page.

The Social tab was slow to load and dropped users on an empty analytics page with no calls to action – giving new clients nowhere to go and no reason to stay. These three changes make Social faster, more intuitive, and more directive on every visit.
