The one-time sync feature for the Thryv Business Center QBO integration will be removed. Customers utilizing the QBO ongoing syncs are unaffected. 

• Why: One-time syncs only capture a portion of the overall history, making them insufficient for a true full sync. Native alternatives provide a better experience.
• Plan: One-time sync options will be hidden from external users. QBO Documentation will be updated to focus on the ongoing sync.
• Alternatives: Clients can use Intuit’s native import to upload to QBO, Thryv Business Center’s native import to add clients from QBO to Thryv Business Center, or the Google Sheets integration for other bulk data moves.
