Activate Your Online Listings

It's important that your business appears no matter where your customers are searching. Having consistent and accurate information on all of your online listings leads to a smoother experience, and it causes online search sites (like Google) to rank you higher, as they are more confident in your listing. This process is a one-time effort that pays off for years to come, making your business more visible and professional online.

At the end, your business listing will be submitted to 30+ major publishers, including Google Business Profile and enhanced profiles on Yelp, NextDoor, YP.Com, and Yahoo.

What you'll need to get started:

• Critical information about your business - including name, address, phone number, and hours of operation
• A business description - this is text that will appear on your listings that help both your leads as well as listing providers understand your business. If you need help coming up with what to say, there is a built-in AI assistant to help
• Your business category and sub-categories - At least one, no more than 10.
• Links to your website and social media pages
• A logo and any other photos you want to use - a listing with photos is considered more trustworthy and far more likely to be viewed

To get started, click on Listings Management in the left-hand navigation, and then click on Manage My Listings.

From here, follow the screens provided and enter your business information. You can always save and come back to this later if needed.
