- Click on your profile icon in the lower left corner. Then, click on Settings.
2. From here, click on Integrations
3. Find QuickBooks Online in the integrations list and click the Disconnect button to the right of it.
4. A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm the disconnection. Click Disconnect to confirm. A dark confirmation banner will appear in the lower-right corner of your screen confirming the integration has been disconnected. Your CRM will no longer sync contacts, products, and invoices with QuickBooks Online.

Will disconnecting QuickBooks Online delete my data?
No, any previously synced data will remain. If you wish to delete synced data, you will need to do so manually in Thryv and QuickBooks.
