How Your Monthly Content Process Works
Thryv Strategic Content Creation runs on a monthly cycle built around a scheduled meeting between you and your marketing expert. Here is how the process works.
Each month, you meet with your marketing expert to discuss what is happening in your business. New services, seasonal promotions, upcoming events, staff changes, customer milestones, or anything else relevant to your business that month becomes the fuel for your content plan. Your marketing expert uses those conversations to write social posts and email campaigns that sound like they came from you, not from a marketing template.
After your meeting, your marketing expert prepares your content for the upcoming month. You have two weeks to review and approve the posts before they are scheduled to go live. To request changes during the review period, contact your marketing expert directly. If no changes are requested within the two-week review window, your content will publish as planned.
Your listings are also reviewed and updated each month as part of this service, following the same process described in the Thryv Listings Refresh article. If your business hours, services, or photos have changed, those updates are applied across your connected listings.
