At onboarding, your Customer Success Manager confirms that your business listings are connected to Thryv. This connection is the foundation that allows updates to be applied across your listings going forward.
Each month, Thryv sends you a check-in to ask whether any of your business information has changed. This includes your business hours, the services you offer, and your photos. If your information has changed, Thryv applies those updates across your connected listings. If you do not respond to the monthly check-in, no updates will be made for that cycle. Your listings will remain as they were from the previous update.
This process repeats each month for as long as Thryv Listings Refresh is active on your account, keeping your listings continuously maintained without requiring you to take action unless something has actually changed.
