How the Thryv and Jobber Integration Works
The Jobber integration acts as an automatic handoff between your lead generation and job management workflows. Thryv captures and scores incoming leads, and Jobber receives the qualified ones as ready-to-action Client records with no manual data entry required.
To get started, first you'll need to accept your in-app invitation in Thryv.
Then, select Jobber from the Integrations menu and click on View Details.
Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions, then click on Allow Access.
Next, Choose which leads to sync. Only leads with a score of 3 or higher are sent to Jobber. Leads scored 1–2 are filtered out automatically.
Once your account is connected, the integration monitors incoming leads, applies the score filter, and creates a new Client record in Jobber for each qualified lead. If a matching Client record already exists in Jobber, the integration updates that record instead of creating a duplicate.
Synced leads appear in Jobber as Clients. Each Client record includes the lead's contact information, lead score, sentiment tags, category tags, and a call conversation summary. From there, you can add notes, schedule jobs, send quotes, and continue your normal Jobber workflow without switching platforms.
What Data Is Shared with Jobber
When a qualified lead is synced, the following contact and lead information is sent from Thryv to Jobber and attached to the Client record:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Street address (if captured on the lead)
- Lead score (stored as a tag on the Client record)
- Sentiment (stored as a tag on the Client record)
- Category tags
- Call conversation summary and key notes (attached as a Client note)
No additional contact fields, payment information, or job history from Thryv are sent to Jobber. If a field is not listed above, it is not included in the sync.
How Synced Leads Appear in Jobber
Once a qualified lead syncs from Thryv, it appears in the Clients section of Jobber. The screenshot below shows the Clients list in Jobber with several synced leads visible.
Each synced lead appears as a row in the Clients list displaying the lead's full name, address (if captured), and last activity date. The Tags column shows the lead score and sentiment assigned in Thryv — for example, a lead with a score of 4 and neutral sentiment displays the tags Lead Score 4 and Sentiment Neutral. The Status column shows the Client record as Lead until you update it manually in Jobber.
How to View or Disconnect the Jobber Integration
Checking Your Connection Status
To verify that Thryv and Jobber are synced, in Jobber, click on Apps in the left-hand menu. Click on Thryv and the status will display.
Disconnecting the Jobber Integration
You can uninstall the integration at any time. This will:
Stop new leads from syncing
Revoke access to your Jobber account
To disconnect the integration, click on Apps in the left-hand menu. Click on Thryv and then click on Uninstall.
