Send a New Text Message
Note that these instructions are the same for desktop and mobile
- First, click on Comms, then Text and Voice.
- Select a contact, or click on Create New and Text Message
- The message window will appear. Type your message, and include merge fields if desired, then click Send.
Send a Text Message from the Contact Record
To send a message to a contact from their contact record, click on Contacts in the left-hand menu and locate your contact. Then, click on Text in their contact record, and the message window will open.
