By sending your appointment links directly through text messages, you provide an immediate path to your calendar that eliminates the friction of manual scheduling, and converts leads faster than sending an email. This streamlined approach allows prospects to book a consultation the moment they are interested, ensuring your sales momentum never stalls. Providing a professional, instant booking experience right in the chat thread is a powerful way to increase your conversion rates and grow your business faster. Note that you must have Keap Appointments set up already. You cannot set up the feature from the mobile app.
Grab Your Booking Link
To copy the link, first navigate to My Day, then click on Appointments. On desktop, your pre-made links will appear on the left-hand side. You can use the search bar, or scroll down. When you locate the link, copy it to your clipboard.
On mobile, tap the + icon in the top right corner. Then, search or scroll and copy the desired link.
Send Appointment Link in SMS Message
To send the message, navigate to Comms in the left-hand menu, then click on Text and Voice.
Select a contact or click on Create New, then Text Message, Note that this process is the same for both desktop and mobile.
The message editor will appear. Create your message and paste your link into the message field. When ready, send the message to your customer.
