Have an incoming message that you need to respond to, but just don't have the time right now? Thryv Business Center makes it easy to set yourself a reminder to get back to that current or future client who sent you a message. This works with any message in the client conversation, incoming or outgoing!
From The Inbox
Navigate to your Inbox
Tick the check-box for the desired client request, or click Select if you wish to 'select all'. Then, click Remind Me In button from the top of the screen.
This will open a new screen that allows you to choose your desired follow up time, or you may simply choose to mark it as a follow up with no reminder to be sent.
You can also add a note to yourself for a quick recap.
Lastly, click Set Reminder to set the follow up.
You will then receive an email at the designated time as a reminder to follow up with your client
From The Client Card
Navigate to the Client you wish to follow up with.
On the top row, click on Remind Me In
In the window that appears, select a date. You can add a note to yourself if you wish to do so.
Click on Set Reminder and your reminder will be saved.
Note that the Remind Me In button will not appear without a message to or from the client. Sending any kind of message, scheduling an appointment, or inviting a client to the client portal, will cause the button to appear.
