1. Does Thryv Leads offer a guarantee?
The estimate is an annual opportunity target range and designed to offer an idea of historical performance stemming from similar types of businesses. While every effort is made to achieve the target, there is no guarantee of volume monthly or annually.
2. Where can I find reporting for my Thryv Leads Program?
You can access your Thryv Leads reporting and recorded calls from a button right inside of your Thryv dashboard. Reporting is updated daily and available 24/7
3. What is the minimum term for a Thryv Leads program?
Six months is the minimum term for a Thryv Leads program. This period of time allows your program to optimize, fine-tuning the multi-channel approach, and efficiently driving opportunities to your business. This program automatically renews every 6 months.
4. Do I have to purchase Thryv to add-on Thryv Leads?
Yes! Thryv Leads must be accompanied by a Thryv or Sync package.
5. Why can’t I find my Thryv Leads ad on Google?
Pay Per Click (PPC) on Google is not a subscription solution that guarantees an always-on, or vanity ad placement. More importantly, Thryv Leads strategically uses various ad channels, and at different times, to nurture shoppers to connect with your business.
6. Does Thryv Leads use Video ads?
Video ads are placed on a variety of Video inventory properties to appeal to visual consumers. Designed to drive opportunities, Video ads emphasize the business’ brand and contact information.
7. How does Machine Learning work with seasonal businesses?
Machine Learning observes user’s behavior, gathers and sorts the information. It then pivots to proactively optimize the publication of OMNI channel media options to maximize the volume of lead opportunities when in demand.
8. What’s the minimum spend investment for Thryv Leads?
Thryv Leads offers a customized proposal for each business to find the right minimum and maximum spend levels based on your goals. The spend thresholds are directly associated with our ability to effectively deliver meaningful opportunities.
9. Can I buy multiple Thryv Leads programs?
Three criteria must be met in order to buy multiple Thryv Leads packages. Each order must have: 1. its own Thryv; 2. its own unique website URL to deep link and potentially proxy; 3. its independent geography to target.
10. Can I run Thryv Leads with only a Facebook Business Page alone?
No. A Website is required to run your Thryv Leads program, providing optimal outcome and performance.
11. What happens if I do not have a Facebook Business Page?
If you purchase Thryv Leads with a Thryv, you can easily set up and connect a Facebook Business Page. If you don’t take advantage of this option your Thryv Leads program will not have the Social channel of advertising enabled. Media spend will automatically allocate across alternative channels.
12. Why are my Social ads not illustrating photos?
The Social ad pulls the logo directly from the Facebook Business Page. If there are no photos on the Facebook Business Page, none will auto-populate.
13. What type of changes can be made to my Thryv Leads program after it’s launched?
Some requested changes may include adding or eliminating a category, geography, keyword, or ad schedule. You can also proxy a different website or add a Facebook page.
14. What kind of efforts are in place to protect Thryv Leads against fraudulent clicks?
There are two levels of protection. Thryv Leads monitors and uses both human and automated processes to shut down any sites that are deemed as allowing “non-human” traffic and will suspend or terminate these sources at our discretion. Further, we detect for any fraudulent conversions and clicks and will delete them accordingly.
15. Can I upgrade my budget or boost my lead volume?
Yes, after your program has run for a minimum of 30 days of performance history and performing at or above the lead target. You can use the slider tool to increase or opt-in for a 1 month added boost during your program.
