Setting The Appointment
There are multiple ways to start the appointment. To set the appointment from your Inbox, select New. Then, from the drop-down list, choose Appointment. Then, select your Client.
To create a multi-day appointment from the Calendar, you can click and drag on the calendar for the length of time of the appointment from start time to end time. Also, you can select Schedule New. Then, select your Client.
Changing to Multi-Day Appointment
Input the appointment details by selecting the service for the appointment. Then, click on the Start Date, bringing up a calendar. Click on the toggle button at the bottom setting the appointment to All Day. Now, select your Start Time, End Date, and End Time. This will create an appointment for one service spanning from your start time to end time.
Here is how they appear on your calendar once created. It will show across the top of the calendar spanning the days of the appointment.
What Your Customers Will See
Your client will receive a confirmation of the appointment and be able to view and pay online according to your settings as normal. The body of the email will show the start date and the length of the appointment.
To view in more detail, the client can click Reply/View Online
When viewing the appointment online, the client will be able to see all details including both the start and end time of the appointment with dates

Multi-Day Appointments are designed for one service that lasts over multiple days.

Q: How would Payments work?
A: Because a Multi-Day Appointment is considered one event, the client would be charged one time for the entire event.
The price stated is for a single appointment and not each individual day. One pending payment will be created.
Q: How do client confirmations and follow-ups work here?
A: Confirmations will come as normal before the start date and follow-ups will come after the end date, but nothing will be sent during the days of the appointment as it is considered in progress.
Q: Would the invite generate an ICS file per day of the meeting?
A: No. Only a single ICS file will be sent for the appointment.
Q: Can I convert an existing appointment to a series?
A: Yes, navigate to the appointment, click on Reschedule, then set your Start Date/Time and End Date/Time as appropriate.
Q: Can the client reschedule a recurring appointment?
A: Yes, the client can reschedule this appointment like any other, provided your settings in Online Booking Options allow your clients to do so.
