Improve turnout rates and reduce last-minute changes by requesting attendance confirmations from your clients. You can set this feature for individual services or as the default for all services.

Set Up RSVP Request for All Services
Navigate to Settings > Auto Client Messages > Booking Tab. Go to the Booking reminders & attendance confirmations section.
Toggle the first or second reminder to on.
Select the checkbox for Send SMS reminder, in addition to email.
Select the checkbox for Link to appointment/event details will also request attendance confirmation. Confirm the new message that will be sent to the client asking them to confirm their attendance.
Note: We recommend setting attendance confirmations to at least 1 day before the appointment/event to allow you to fill the appointment time if the client cannot attend.
Request RSVP Confirmation on Individual Services
Navigate to Settings > Services > Select the pencil icon on the service you'd like to alter.
Scroll down to the client notifications section. Under booking reminders & attendance confirmations, select customize. Toggle the first reminder to on.
Select the checkbox for Send SMS reminder, in addition to email.
Select the checkbox for Link to appointment/event details will also request attendance confirmation.
Confirm that you'd like the SMS message updated to include the request for your client to confirm their appointment.
Note: We recommend setting attendance confirmations to at least 1 day before the appointment/event to allow you to fill the appointment time if the client cannot attend.

The client will receive the appointment confirmation request via text message at the time appointed in settings.
The client can click the link in the SMS/text message and do the following actions: confirm they can make the appointment, reschedule their appointment, or cancel.
Once the appointment is confirmed, it will show as confirmed from the client view and it will also notify the assigned staff member.

The assigned staff member will also receive a notification of the confirmation.
