What Is Included When Installing a Landing Page Popup

The following data is included when installing a landing page popup using Solution Launchpad:

• Popup name

• Popup content and design

• Form fields and configuration (if a form is included in the popup)

• Style settings and branding

• Display triggers and timing settings

What Is Not Included When Installing a Landing Page Popup

The following data is not included when installing a landing page popup using Solution Launchpad and must be configured manually in the destination account after installation:

• Popup display statistics and performance data

• Lead capture history

• Associated automation triggers — popups cannot be used as triggers in the automation builder

• Third-party tracking scripts or pixels

• Custom fonts — Custom fonts are only maintained if the same custom font is installed in both the source and destination accounts. If the destination account does not have the matching custom font installed, the font will not carry over.

• Logo — The popup will use the logo from the destination account's Branding Center rather than the logo from the source account.

Supported Dependencies

When configuring a landing page popup, other Keap assets can be referenced. The following dependencies are supported and will be included automatically when the popup is installed:

• Contact Custom Fields — Custom fields used in forms embedded within the popup

• Tags — Tags applied on form submission

• Forms — Forms embedded within the popup

Note: Popups can be created for both Keap landing pages and third-party websites. When a popup contains a form, the form configuration and all supported dependencies are cloned to the destination account during installation.

Will custom fonts carry over to the destination account?

Custom fonts only carry over if the same custom font is installed in both the source and destination accounts. If the destination account does not have the matching custom font installed in the Branding Center, the font will not transfer and the popup will display using the default font in the destination account.

Can a popup be used as a trigger in the automation builder after installation?

No. Popups cannot be used as triggers in the Keap automation builder. Associated automation triggers are not included when a popup is installed via Solution Launchpad.
