Roadrunner and rr.com Domains Disabled for Sending Email

As of January 24, 2020, Keap applications no longer support sending emails from roadrunner.com or rr.com domains.

In 2012, Roadrunner was acquired by Time Warner Cable (TWC) and rebranded as Spectrum. In 2015, Charter Communications purchased TWC, continuing the Spectrum brand. As part of this transition, all roadrunner.com and rr.com email addresses were phased out, and users were required to migrate to Spectrum-branded email addresses by October 2019.

Because these domains have been retired, emails sent to roadrunner.com or rr.com are now frequently flagged as spam or routed to spam traps. To protect sender reputation and maintain deliverability for all customers, Keap no longer allows sending to these domains.

If you believe you have a legitimate contact still using one of these email addresses, please direct them to work with Spectrum to migrate their account.
