This article covers a change to how the sequence count is calculated for time periods beyond 30 days in Keap™ campaign sequence reporting.
What Changed
The sequence count calculation for periods beyond 30 days now includes only contacts that entered the sequence during the selected time period. This aligns the beyond-30-day calculation with the current 30-days-and-under calculation.
The previous beyond-30-day calculation included contacts that were active in the sequence before the start of the selected date range. The updated calculation does not include those contacts.
To see sequence counts similar to the previous calculation, expand the date range to include the oldest possible start date. This change affects only the sequence counts for periods beyond 30 days — no other reports or calculations are affected.
The screenshot above shows the sequence count display under the updated beyond-30-day calculation.
