But manually adjusting your calendar to ensure those specialized services are only available during the exact promotional window can be complex. The feature to Offer an Appointment Type for a Specific Date Range gives you precise control over your service calendar, allowing you to automatically restrict booking availability for a specific appointment type.
This feature is essential for enabling you to support short-term events, seasonal offerings, limited-time campaigns, and temporary schedule changes without impacting your default availability.
Create Scarcity: Automatically end promotional bookings at the exact date and time you specify, driving customers to book immediately before the offer expires.
Prevent Calendar Clutter: Keep your master service list clean by only displaying seasonal or limited-run appointments during their active window.
Simplify Management: Easily launch holiday specials, limited-edition consultations, or one-week deals without needing to manually hide or unhide the service every day.

FAQ

Your customers will see the message "No dates available" if they attempt to book the appointment outside of the offered dates.
Can I manually book an appointment outside of the available date range?
No, the restriction applies to any way that this appointment type is booked. If you need to book the appointment type for a different date, you will need to expand the available date range.
