This article covers the maintenance plan for legacy email builders in Keap™, including which features are no longer supported and where legacy email builders can still be found in the application.
The legacy email builders in Keap Pro, Max, Ultimate, and Max Classic were built on an older framework that is no longer actively developed or supported by the development community. Browser support for this framework will eventually end, and all legacy builders will be retired and replaced with the new unified email builder.
The New Email Builder
The new email builder replaces the legacy builder with a more feature-rich tool for creating custom emails. Features include multi-column layouts, a large stock image library, a wider selection of starter templates, emoji support, expanded customization options, and additional content blocks such as a countdown timer.
Maintenance Plan
All legacy email builders entered maintenance mode on May 1, 2023. Only critical issues will be addressed going forward. Feature requests for legacy email builders will not be addressed.
