Why Managing Your Contact Limit Matters
As your business grows, your contact list grows with it. Keap™ plans include a contact limit, and when your total contact count approaches or exceeds that limit, Keap will notify you so you can decide whether to increase your limit or reduce your contact count. Understanding how contact limits work helps you avoid unexpected billing changes and keeps your account running smoothly.
Note: The contact limits, thresholds, and overage billing described in this article do not apply to sandbox apps. There is no limit on the number of users you can add to your Keap account. To add users, click Settings in the left-hand navigation, then click Users and Permissions.
