Overview
We’ve upgraded our login experience to make signing in faster, simpler, and more secure.
With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can now access all your Thryv and Keap products using a single email and password. You no longer have to juggle multiple logins.
About the 30-Day Opt-In Period (Before January 15, 2026)
Between December 15, 2025 and January 15, 2026, you’ll have a 30-day early-access window to activate the new login experience at your convenience.
During this period:
- When you log in at signin.infusionsoft.com, you’ll see an option to activate your new login experience.
- If you’re ready, select Activate Now to complete a quick one-time setup and sign in using your existing credentials through the new SSO screen.
- If you’d prefer to wait, you can defer the upgrade and continue logging in as usual until you’re ready.
- Once you activate, you’ll be directed to Account Central, where you can bookmark your new login page for faster access going forward.
After January 15, 2026, everyone will automatically be directed to the new login experience. No additional setup is required. The change will occur seamlessly on your next sign-in.
Why We’re Doing It This Way
We understand that login changes can interrupt your daily workflow. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and predictable as possible. By using a phased rollout, we can:
- Give you control: Upgrade when it’s most convenient for you during the 30-day window.
- Ensure reliability: Gradual rollout allows us to monitor performance and resolve any issues early.
- Provide better support: Smaller groups migrating each week means faster, more personalized assistance.
This approach helps ensure a stable, secure transition to the new login experience while keeping all your data, subscriptions, and applications exactly as they are.
Note: If you use Google SSO to log in, no action is required. Your login experience will remain unchanged before, during, and after the upgrade.
Logging in Before January 15, 2026
- Go to signin.infusionsoft.com.
- Enter the same email address you’ve always used.
- After entering your application, you’ll be prompted to activate your new login experience. You can choose to activate or defer.
- If you activate, you’ll see an instruction page explaining that you’ll use your existing credentials on the next screen.
- The new login screen has updated colors and branding, but rest assured. This is still Keap, now powered by Thryv’s secure authentication engine.
- Enter your usual email and password.
- After successful authentication, you’ll arrive at Account Central, where you can bookmark your new login page for future use.
- Continue to your application or log out as normal.
Logging in After January 15, 2026
- Go to signin.infusionsoft.com.
- You’ll be automatically directed to the new login page, powered by Thryv.
- Enter your usual email and password.
- After signing in, you’ll land in Account Central or, if you have only one app, you’ll go directly to that application.
Tips
- You’ll only need to complete setup once. After that, you’ll always log in using the same process.
- If you don’t bookmark the new login flow and try to sign in before January 15, you’ll first go through the old Keap login before being redirected. Bookmarking the new flow saves you a few extra clicks.
- After January 15, everyone will automatically use the new login flow.
- Google SSO users: No action is required.
- Username changes: If you need to change your username, do so before migration. After migrating, username updates must be handled by Support.
- When activating your new login, you’ll see a reminder and can choose “Update it” to visit the Account Central Settings page.
- Select “Continue activating your new login” to proceed once your username is correct.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password or can’t sign in:
- Click Forgot password? on the “Powered by Thryv” login page.
- Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
- Check your inbox for an email from Thryv/Keap Login Support.
- Follow the link to set a new password and sign in again.
Didn’t get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you’re using the same email linked to your Keap account.
- Still not seeing it? Contact Support for help.
Linking Existing Accounts
If you use both a Thryv and a Keap product, you can now access both with one login.
To ensure your accounts connect properly:
- Before migrating, make sure your Keap username matches your Thryv username.
- If they don’t match before migration, you’ll need to contact Support to manually link them after the upgrade.
Once linked, you can use one email and password across your Thryv and Keap products.
Note: If you have multiple Thryv products (for example, two Marketing Centers or a Marketing Center plus Reporting Center), only one can currently be connected to your Keap products at a time.
This is a known limitation and will be resolved in a future update.
Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

General Questions
What’s changing with the new login experience?
We’re upgrading to a new, more secure login powered by Thryv’s authentication platform. You’ll use one email and password to access all your Keap and Thryv products.
Why is Keap making this change?
This update simplifies access, improves security, and unifies Thryv and Keap under a single identity system for a smoother future experience.
When will the new login go live?
You can activate your new login starting December 15, 2025.
Everyone will automatically transition on January 15, 2026.
Will my data, automations, or subscriptions change?
No. Only your login process is changing. Everything in your account stays exactly the same.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Activating the New Login
How do I activate my new login?
Go to signin.infusionsoft.com, select “Login with Thryv” and follow the quick setup steps. You’ll sign in with your existing credentials through the new screen.

What if I’m not ready yet?
You can choose to defer the upgrade and continue logging in normally until January 15, 2026.
What happens after January 15, 2026?
All remaining users will automatically move to the new login the next time they sign in. No additional setup required.
Why does the login screen look different?
The updated page uses Thryv branding, but it’s still Keap, just powered by a more modern, secure authentication system.
What is Account Central?
It’s your Keap home base where all your connected Keap apps appear. From there, you can launch any Keap products with a single click.
Passwords, Security, and Usernames
Will my current password still work?
Yes. You’ll keep your same password unless you reset it later.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot password? on the new login page, enter your email, and follow the link in the password reset email.
I didn’t get the password reset email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder, confirm you’re checking the right inbox, and if you still don’t see it, contact Support.
Can I change my username?
Yes, but it’s best to do so before activation. After migrating, username changes must be made through Support.
Is Google login affected by this change?
No. If you sign in with Google, your experience stays exactly the same before, during, and after migration.
Linking and Accessing Multiple Accounts
How do I link my Keap and Thryv accounts?
Make sure your Keap and Thryv usernames match before migration. If they don’t, Support can help link them after you activate.
What if I have multiple Thryv products?
For now, only one Thryv product can connect at a time. The ability to link multiple products will be added later.
Bookmarks and URLs
Do I need to change my login link?
No, you can still start at signin.infusionsoft.com. After activating, you’ll be prompted to bookmark the new login page for faster access.
What if I use the old login page by mistake?
Before January 15, you’ll be prompted to login to the new experience. After that date, the old page will forward you instantly.
Troubleshooting and Common Issues
I can’t sign in. What should I check first?
Make sure you’re using the correct email and password. If needed, reset your password and try again.
I’m stuck in a login loop or see an error message.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then log in again. Most redirect issues resolve this way.
I don’t see my apps in Account Central.
You may be using the wrong login email or your accounts aren’t linked. Contact Support to verify your usernames.
