Can I edit the posts from Thryv?
No, social ads are managed separately.

Is social ads included in my social reporting?
No. You will receive a monthly email showing: 

• Impressions: How many times the ad was displayed
• Ad Reach: Unique users reached
• Total Ad Views: Total impressions including repeat views
• Clicks: How many users engaged with the ad
• CTR (Click-Through Rate): Percentage of people who clicked after seeing the ad
• Meta Leads: total number of leads captured

How is Thryv Social ads different from Thryv Social Post Content?
Thryv Social Ads is a managed social advertising service where we create, run, and optimize ad   
campaigns for you. These posts occur outside of your Thryv platform. Thryv Social Post Content is an automated system in which we create 12 regular posts monthly and automatically load them into your Thryv account. Reporting for them will appear in your analytics, and you can edit them on your social calendar.

Can I use my own content?

While we are happy to provide content for you, you are able to provide your own video for social ads. We can use videos provided by you as long as they meet the following specifications:

• MP4 or MOV format

• Aspect ratio of 1080x1080 (1:1 square) or 1080x1920 (9:16 vertical)

• No longer than 60 seconds

• 250MB or smaller

• Include clear visuals and readable text (captions optional)

• Contain no copyrighted material unless the client owns or has rights to use it. The business owner, and not Thryv, is responsible for ensuring copyright ownership

• Optional: Audio and/or captions
