Why Use the Unsubscribe Tracker Report
Understanding why contacts unsubscribe from your emails helps you improve your campaigns and reduce future opt-outs. The Unsubscribe Tracker report in Keap™ shows you every contact who has unsubscribed, the reason they gave for unsubscribing, and any additional feedback they provided before clicking the unsubscribe button. This is the only place in Keap where you can view and manage your unsubscribes — unsubscribed contacts cannot be tagged or managed through other contact management tools.
