How to Check Your Keap Business Line Verification Status

Select the profile icon in the navigation, then select Settings.

Select Text Message Verification in the Settings section.

The current verification status is displayed on the Text Message Verification page. See the status descriptions below for an explanation of each status.

Keap Business Line Verification Status Descriptions
Not Verified — No verification information has been received. Complete the verification form to begin the process.
Submitted — The verification submission is waiting for the upstream carrier to begin review. Edits to the submission are allowed at this stage.
Pending — The upstream carrier is actively reviewing the verification information. Edits to the submission are not allowed at this stage.
Rejection — The carrier has rejected the verification application. If the rejection is due to a minor error, contact Keap support for assistance editing the submission. If the rejection is due to a content policy violation, see Keap SMS compliance policies for the full list of content restrictions.

Can I edit my verification submission after it has been submitted?
Edits are allowed when the status shows Submitted. Once the status changes to Pending, the upstream carrier has begun reviewing the submission and edits are no longer allowed until the review is complete.
What should I do if my verification was rejected?
If the verification status shows Rejection, contact Keap support to determine the reason. If the rejection is due to a minor data error, support can assist with editing the submission. If the rejection is due to a content policy violation, the submission cannot be corrected until the content complies with the Keap SMS compliance policies.
