Why Use the Branding Center in Keap
Keeping your logos, brand colors, and custom fonts consistent across every email and landing page you create takes time when you have to update each asset individually. The Branding Center in Keap™ gives you one central place to store and manage your brand assets, so they are always available when you build an email broadcast, an automation, or a landing page. Add your logos and colors once in the Branding Center and they appear automatically in the design tools across your account — no re-uploading or re-entering required.
For Keap Partners using Solution Launchpad, the Branding Center also allows you to share branded email templates and landing pages with client accounts. When a template is installed into a client's account, the client's own default logo from their Branding Center replaces the source logo automatically.

After adding logos and colors, open an email broadcast, automation, or landing page to access your brand assets in the design tools.
Note: Your Business Profile logo is automatically added to the Branding Center as your primary logo if your account has one. To update your Business logo, go to Settings and click Business Profile. Changes to the Business logo should be made in Business Profile, not in the Branding Center.
How to Upload Custom Fonts to the Branding Center
Custom fonts are available on Pro, Max, and Ultimate plans. You can upload any licensed font file to the Branding Center and use it in Landing Pages and Popups. You can store up to 30 custom fonts in your Branding Center. Custom fonts are not supported in the Email Builder because most email clients do not support custom fonts — fallback fonts will be used in emails instead.

How to Share Branded Templates via Solution Launchpad
Keap Partners can share email templates and landing pages that include branded logos through Solution Launchpad. When a template is installed into a destination account, the logo in the template is automatically replaced by the destination account's default logo from its Branding Center. This means each client account receives the template with their own branding applied automatically.
Set your default logo in the source account's Branding Center.
Create an email broadcast that includes a Logo block and save it as a template.
Open the destination account and set a default logo in that account's Branding Center.
Return to the source account. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner, then click Settings. Then click Solution Launchpad.
Click + Add create and select Add items to Launchpad.
Click + Add shareable items and select Email templates.
Select the template you saved and click Insert selected.
Click Next and select Push it to another Keap app as the sharing method.
Select the destination account from the account list and click Install.
Open the destination account and locate the installed template. The logo in the template will be replaced by the destination account's default Branding Center logo automatically.
Repeat the same steps for landing pages and additional email templates as needed.
Troubleshooting Custom Fonts
Font does not appear after upload — confirm the font file is a supported file type and that you have a valid license for the font. Unsupported file types and unlicensed fonts cannot be uploaded successfully.
Upload error — try uploading a different font file to determine whether the issue is specific to that file. If the error persists with multiple files, contact Keap Support for assistance.
