How to Access My Leads
My Leads is located in the left-hand navigation of Thryv. Click My Leads in the left-hand navigation to open the My Leads inbox. The My Leads inbox displays all incoming leads from your connected channels in chronological order, with the most recent lead at the top.
How to Connect My Leads to Thryv Marketing Center
The first time you open My Leads, a setup screen will appear inviting you to connect your My Leads inbox with Thryv Marketing Center. Connecting My Leads to Thryv Marketing Center enables the inbox to receive and display leads from your connected marketing channels. Click Connect to Marketing Center on the setup screen to begin the connection. After the connection is established, the My Leads inbox will open and display any leads already received through your connected channels.
How to Search for a Specific Lead
The search bar at the top of the My Leads inbox lets you find a specific lead by name without scrolling through the full lead list. Click the search bar at the top of the My Leads inbox and type the first name, last name or full name of the lead you are looking for. A dropdown list of matching contacts will appear below the search bar as you type. Click the contact's name in the dropdown to open the conversation with that lead.
How to Sort Your Lead Conversations
By default, the My Leads inbox displays lead conversations in chronological order with the most recent conversation at the top. To change the sort order, click the Sort icon in the My Leads inbox toolbar. A sort options menu will appear with four sort options: chronological order ascending (oldest first), chronological order descending (newest first), alphabetical order ascending (A to Z) and alphabetical order descending (Z to A). Click the sort option you want to apply. The My Leads inbox will immediately reorder the lead conversations according to the selected sort option.
How to View and Respond to Incoming Leads
The My Leads inbox displays all incoming leads from your connected channels in chronological order. Click any lead conversation in the inbox list to open the full conversation thread. The conversation thread shows the full history of messages exchanged with that lead. To send a reply to the lead, type your message in the reply field at the bottom of the conversation screen and send the message. Replies are always sent through the same channel the original lead message was received on, for example, if a lead came in through a Yelp Request a Quote, your reply will be sent back through Yelp to that lead.
What Information Displays for Contact Form Leads
When a lead is received through a contact form connected to My Leads, the lead entry in the inbox displays the contact information the lead submitted in the form. The following fields are displayed for contact form leads:
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Contact form lead information is displayed at the top of the conversation thread when the lead is opened in the My Leads inbox. Use the contact information displayed to follow up with the lead by phone or email if the lead does not respond to a reply sent through the inbox.

My Leads receives leads from channels connected to Thryv Marketing Center, such as Yelp Request a Quote and website contact forms. The specific channels available depend on which channels you have connected to your Thryv Marketing Center account.
Can I respond to a lead through a different channel than the one it came in on?
No. Replies sent from the My Leads inbox are always sent through the same channel the original lead message was received on. For example, a lead received through Yelp Request a Quote can only be replied to through Yelp from within the My Leads inbox. To contact the lead through a different channel (such as email or phone) use the contact information displayed in the lead conversation to reach out directly outside of the My Leads inbox.
Does My Leads show leads from all of my connected marketing channels in one view?
Yes. The My Leads inbox consolidates incoming leads from all channels connected to Thryv Marketing Center into a single chronological view. You do not need to check each channel separately, all leads from connected channels appear in the My Leads inbox as they arrive.
