My Leads is the inbox for Thryv Marketing Center, located in My Account where you can view your incoming leads in chronological order. From here, you are able to follow up and nurture your leads without having to leave Thryv. To access My Leads, click on it in the left-hand navigation of Thryv Marketing Center. 

Connect My Leads to Thryv Marketing Center

The first time you visit My Leads, you will be invited to connect your My Leads inbox with Thryv Marketing Center. Click on Connect to Marketing Center to get started.

Search Your Leads

Use the search bar to search for a specific lead. To search, enter the first or last name of the contact in the search bar, and select the contact's name from the drop-down.

Sort Your Conversations

By default, your leads will be sorted in chronological order, with the most recent at the top. To sort a different way, click on the Sort icon.

In the menu that appears, you are able to select the order to sort: in chronological order ascending or descending, or in alphabetical order ascending or descending.

Incoming Leads

Here, you will see incoming leads in chronological order that came through your connected channels. At the bottom of the screen, you are able to respond to the incoming lead. Messages sent to the incoming lead will always be sent through the same channel it was received. For example, if a lead was received through Yelp Request a Quote, your response will be sent through Yelp.

Contact Forms

When a lead is received through a contact form, the following fields will display:

• First and Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
