Keeping your employee information organized and accessible saves time when you need to reference payroll details, track onboarding progress or manage a staff change. The Staff Dashboard in Thryv Workforce Center gives you a central place to view and manage every active and inactive employee and contractor on your team. From the Staff Dashboard, you can access each staff member's personal details, payroll information, direct deposit settings, tax information and tax documents. You can also monitor the onboarding status of newly hired employees and send reminders to those who haven't completed their payroll self-onboarding. Inactive staff records remain accessible so you can reference past employment details when needed.
