This article covers how to create, insert, and edit automation links in Keap™ Advanced Automations. An automation link is a saved, reusable hyperlink that can be inserted into multiple campaign emails with a single selection. Automation links are useful when campaign email links change frequently, as the URL can be updated in one place and all instances update automatically.
Note: There is no limit to the number of automation links that can be created. Automation links can only be used within the campaign in which they were created — an automation link from one campaign cannot be used in another.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this article cover?
This article covers how to create, insert, and edit automation links in Keap Advanced Automations.
Can an automation link be used in more than one campaign?
No. An automation link can only be used within the campaign in which it was created. To use the same URL in another campaign, create a new automation link within that campaign.
If an automation link URL is edited, do all emails using that link update automatically?
Yes. Editing an automation link URL updates the link in all campaign emails that use it. The campaign must be published after the edit for the change to take effect in live emails.
