Use your Keap Business Line to send booking links directly in a text message so contacts can schedule an appointment on your calendar without any back-and-forth. A calendar shortcut is built into the Messages composer so you can insert a booking link in seconds.
This article covers how to send a booking link through a Keap Business Line text message. Booking links can only be sent from the mobile app after Keap Appointments has been set up. How to Send a Booking Link in a Keap Business Line Message

Open a message thread in your Keap Business Line and tap the calendar icon in the message composer toolbar.

Select a booking link from the list of your available booking links. Each booking link corresponds to an appointment type you have set up in Keap Appointments.

Tap Send to send the message with the booking link. The contact will receive a text message containing the booking link and can tap the link to view your availability and schedule an appointment directly on your calendar.
