The search and sort tools in the automation builder let you find any automation instantly, whether you're managing a handful or hundreds. Instead of scrolling through a long list to locate the right workflow, you can search by title or sort by last updated date, title, or status to get eyes on exactly what you need, faster.

Find an Automation by Name

While viewing your Easy automations, you can use the search box to search for the title of the automation

You can clear the search by clicking on the "x" button

Sort Your Automations by Date, Title, or Status

You can also sort your automations by Last updated, Title A-Z, and Status.

Last updated will sort your Easy automations based on the last updated date. Title A-Z will will sort alphabetically based on title. Status will sort based on the current status of your automations (e.g. Active, Active - Unpublished edits or Draft).
