What the Tag Tracker Report Shows You
The Tag Tracker report shows you when specific tags were applied to contact records. A tag is a searchable label applied to a contact record that helps you organize and manage your contact lists. Tags can also be used to start automations automatically when a specific tag is applied to a contact. The Tag Tracker report lets you search by a specific tag name, a date range, or both — so you can see exactly which contacts received a tag and when.
Use the Tag Tracker report to audit tag activity, verify that an automation triggered correctly after a tag was applied, or identify which contacts were tagged during a specific campaign period.
How to Open and Search the Tag Tracker Report
Click Reports in the left-hand side panel to open the Reports section.
The left-hand side panel displays the main navigation menu. The Reports option is listed in the navigation menu. Clicking Reports opens the Reports section, which displays a list of available reports.
In the Reports section, click the Tag Tracker link to open the Tag Tracker report.
The Reports section displays a list of report links. The Tag Tracker link is listed among the available reports. Clicking the Tag Tracker link opens the Tag Tracker report page.
On the Tag Tracker report page, click the New Search button to open the search filter panel. In the search filter panel, enter your search criteria. You can filter by a specific tag name, a date range, or both. To filter by tag name, type the tag name in the tag search field or select it from the tag list. To filter by date, enter a start date and an end date in the date range fields.

Enter the tag name, the date range, or both to define your search criteria before clicking Search.
Click the Search button to run the search and display the Tag Tracker results. The results table shows each contact record that had the specified tag applied during the selected date range, along with the date and time the tag was applied.
The Search button is located at the bottom of the Tag Tracker filter panel. Clicking Search runs the report and displays the results table below the filter panel. The results table lists each contact record that matches the search criteria, showing the contact name, the tag that was applied, and the date and time the tag was applied to that contact's record.
