Two Ways to Send a Text with Keap Business Line

Keap Business Line lets you send text messages to contacts directly from the Keap Mobile app using your dedicated business phone number. You can start a new conversation from the main screen or send a text from within a contact's record.

How to Create and Send a New Text Message

1. Tap the blue + button on the main screen of the Keap Mobile app.
2. Tap Send a text from the action menu that appears.
3. Type the name of the contact you want to text and tap their name to select them.

4. To send a group message, add up to two additional contacts in the same recipient field. Group messages include you and up to three contacts.

   Note: Group messages sent through Keap Business Line are not displayed in the Messages tab when you log in to Keap through a web browser. Group messages are only accessible in the Keap Mobile app.

5. Type your message in the message field.
6. Tap Send to deliver the message.

How to Send a Text from a Contact Record

1. Navigate to the contact record of the person you want to text.
2. Tap the Text button on the contact record to open the text message conversation for that contact.
3. Type your message in the message field.
4. Tap Send to deliver the message.
