Two Ways to Send a Text with Keap Business Line
Keap Business Line lets you send text messages to contacts directly from the Keap Mobile app using your dedicated business phone number. You can start a new conversation from the main screen or send a text from within a contact's record.
How to Create and Send a New Text Message
- Tap the blue + button on the main screen of the Keap Mobile app.
- Tap Send a text from the action menu that appears.
- Type the name of the contact you want to text and tap their name to select them.
To send a group message, add up to two additional contacts in the same recipient field. Group messages include you and up to three contacts.
Note: Group messages sent through Keap Business Line are not displayed in the Messages tab when you log in to Keap through a web browser. Group messages are only accessible in the Keap Mobile app.
- Type your message in the message field.
- Tap Send to deliver the message.
How to Send a Text from a Contact Record
- Navigate to the contact record of the person you want to text.
- Tap the Text button on the contact record to open the text message conversation for that contact.
- Type your message in the message field.
- Tap Send to deliver the message.
