This article covers how to send an email directly from a deal card in the Keap™ Pipeline, including how to access the email feature on a deal card and what formatting options are available. Why Sending Emails From a Deal Card Keeps Sales Communication in Context
When managing deals in the Pipeline, switching to a separate email tool or navigating to a contact record to send a follow-up interrupts the sales workflow. Sending an email directly from a deal card in Keap keeps the communication tied to the deal, reduces navigation, and makes it faster to follow up at the moment a deal stage changes or a new action is needed. Deal card emails support full rich text editing including font formatting, lists, text alignment, URL links, and signature blocks.
