Filters let you narrow your Pipeline view to show only the deals that matter right now — by assignee, stage, deal value, close date, or any other criteria you set. You can apply a single filter or stack multiple filters together to find exactly the deals you need without scrolling through your entire pipeline.
How to Filter Deals in Your Pipeline
- Open the filter panel by clicking the filter button in the upper right corner of your Pipeline view. If a filter is already active on your Pipeline, you can also click the active filter label to open the filter panel and modify it.
- Select a filter type from the filter panel. Filter types include options such as assignee, pipeline stage, deal value, close date, and contact name.
- Set the criteria for the filter. The criteria options displayed depend on the filter type you selected. For example, selecting the Assignee filter type displays a list of users to choose from, while selecting the Deal Value filter type displays a field to enter a value range.
- Add additional filters if needed. Click the option to add another filter to stack multiple filters together. Each filter you add narrows the Pipeline view further — only deals that match all active filters will be displayed.
- Click View deals to apply the filters and update the Pipeline view. The Pipeline board will refresh to show only the deals that match your filter criteria.
How to Remove a Filter from Your Pipeline
To remove an active filter from your Pipeline view, click the X button on the filter label at the top of the Pipeline board. Removing a filter returns the Pipeline view to showing all deals that were visible before the filter was applied. If multiple filters are active, clicking the X on one filter removes only that filter — the remaining filters stay active.
