How to Customize Deal Outcomes

Deal outcomes label the result when a deal is marked as won or lost in your pipeline. You can rename the positive and negative outcome labels to match the language your business uses — for example, changing "Won" to "Closed" or "Lost" to "Declined."

1. Click the More options button in the upper right corner of your Pipeline view. 
   
   
2. Click Manage pipelines in the dropdown menu that appears. 
   
   
3. Click Pipeline options on the Manage pipelines page. 
   
   
4. Rename the positive and negative outcome labels in the fields provided. The positive outcome label applies when a deal is marked as won. The negative outcome label applies when a deal is marked as lost. 
   
   
5. Click Save to apply the updated outcome labels to your pipeline.
