This article covers how to apply tags when a contact submits a landing page form in Keap™. There are two types of tags that can be configured on a landing page form: global tags and field tags.
Global tags are applied to every contact who submits the form, regardless of how they fill it out.
Field tags are applied only when a contact selects a specific option in a checkbox or radio button field.
Global Tags
Select the form on the landing page to open the settings panel on the right.

Select Add Global Tags.

Add one or more tags to apply whenever a contact submits the form:
Select the tag field and search for an existing tag.
Select Create Tag to create a new tag to apply.

Note: The tag search field displays up to 1,000 tags. If a tag is not appearing, reducing the total tag count may help. Import category tags — which are applied automatically to contacts during import — can be deleted to free up space. To delete Import tags, navigate to Settings, then select Tags Settings. From the Category dropdown, select Import. Select the top checkbox to select all Import tags, then use the Action dropdown to delete them.
Field Tags
Field tags are assigned to specific options within a checkbox or radio button field. When a contact selects that option, the associated tag is applied automatically.

Select Add field option to add or view the selectable options for the field.
