Why Archive Landing Page Templates in Keap

Over time, the Your Pages section of the landing page template selector can become cluttered with outdated or unused templates, making it harder to find the ones you actually use. Archiving old templates in Keap™ removes them from your active template view without permanently deleting them. Your archived templates are preserved and can be retrieved if needed, while your working template library stays clean and easy to navigate.

How to Archive a Landing Page Template in Keap

1. Open the Advanced Automation Builder in your Keap account. Drag a Landing Page goal onto the automation canvas, then double-click the Landing Page goal to open the template selection screen.

2. Click Your Pages in the left menu of the template selection screen to view your previously created landing page templates.

3. Locate the template you want to archive and click the three-dot menu button that appears above the template thumbnail.

4. Click Archive from the three-dot menu dropdown.

5. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes, please to confirm the archive action.

A Yes, please button appears on the right side of the prompt and a cancel option appears on the left side. The template is not archived until the Yes, please button is clicked.
