How to Delete a Text Message Conversation

Deleting a conversation in Keap Business Line is done from the Communications tab using a swipe gesture. This feature is available in the Keap Mobile app on iOS and Android.

1. Tap the Communications tab in the Keap Mobile app to open your text message inbox. The Communications tab displays a list of your text message conversations, with each conversation showing the contact name, a preview of the most recent message, and the date of the last message.
2. In the conversation list, locate the conversation you want to delete. Swipe the conversation from right to left to reveal the delete option. A Delete button will appear on the right side of the conversation row. Tap Delete to permanently remove the conversation from your Communications tab.
