Setting up a new CRM can feel overwhelming when you're not sure where to start. The Playbook Checklist gives you a step-by-step guided setup experience that stays with you as you work, with no need to navigate away from what you're doing to find your place. As you complete each task, your progress is saved automatically so you always know what's done and what's next. The red notification icon on the Playbook widget shows you at a glance how many tasks remain, so nothing falls through the cracks during setup.

1. Click the Playbook widget on the bottom-right of the page. Note: The red notification icon lets you know how many checklist items are still available to be completed. To mark a task as complete, either perform the various tasks under the section or you can mark each individual task as complete if you have already learned the skills necessary to complete the task.
   
2. Now, just click on the play you would like to work on and click Show these tasks
   
3. Click on the task that you would like to complete and follow the instructions
   
4. Once you've completed the task it will automatically be marked as complete. You can also click the Dismiss this task button to manually mark it as complete
   
5. If you would like to collapse the play and work on another one, just scroll down the bottom of the play and click the Hide these tasks button
   
6. If the Playbook widget is in your way while trying to complete a task, you can either drag it to another are of the page, or just minimize it
   
   
7. The area at the bottom of the Playbook widget let's you know how many tasks you've completed, how many are left to go, along with a visual progress bar
   

FAQ

Can I mark a task complete if I already set it up before finding the Playbook Checklist? Yes. Click the Dismiss this task button on any task to manually mark it as complete without redoing the setup steps.

Can I set up my CRM on my own? Certainly! The playbook will remain safely in the corner of your screen if you need it.
