How to Request a Port Out
To request porting a Keap Business Line number to another carrier, contact the Keap support team to start the request. Support is available by chat or by phone:

What to Expect During the Port Out Process
After a port out request is submitted, the Keap support team submits the request to the service provider within 1 to 3 business days. The service provider then provides the information the receiving carrier needs to complete the port. This information includes:
Company name
Service address
PIN number
Account number
Receiving this information from the service provider takes an additional 1 to 3 business days after the initial submission. The information will be sent by email once it is available. This process cannot be expedited.
After receiving the porting information, the receiving carrier completes the port. Carrier port processing can take up to 30 days. The Keap Business Line remains active for 30 days after a Keap subscription is cancelled. Starting the port request before cancelling the subscription is recommended to avoid any gap in service.
