Why is this happening? Comcast's xFi Advanced Security feature flags unfamiliar links as potentially dangerous — including ones from Thryv. Whitelisting our email address tells Comcast the links are safe.

Add this address to your allow list directly in your Comcast settings:

Personal Comcast account
Contact Comcast support and ask them to whitelist this address for you:
Once whitelisted, Thryv links will open normally — no further action needed.
