Users with internet service through Comcast (Xfinity) may experience issues when opening links from their Thryv software. This is due to their xFi Advanced Security feature, which works to warn users of potentially dangerous sites.
If you notice this happening, there are a couple of ways you can resolve this issue:
- Users with a Comcast Business account can "whitelist" (or allow) no-reply@thryv.com. Doing this will help report to Comcast (Xfinity) that the link is not malicious and it will avoid blocking links from your Thryv software. You can view Comcast's guide on how to do this here.
- Users without a Comcast Business account should contact Comcast support for assistance in how to whitelist no-reply@thryv.com.
