This article covers how to create, edit, remove, and delete custom fields for contact records in Keap™. Custom fields allow storage of additional information beyond the default contact fields, such as data used for reporting or email merge fields.
Custom field limits by plan: Keap Lite and Pro accounts can create up to 100 custom contact fields; Keap Max accounts can create up to 150 custom contact fields. All accounts can create up to 100 custom company fields, which are counted separately from contact custom fields. For more information about custom company fields, see custom company fields in Keap.
Custom contact and company fields can also be created, edited, and deleted from the custom fields management settings.
Choose a field type that corresponds to the type of data to be stored and how it will be used — such as for reporting or email merge fields. For a complete list of available field types, see custom contact field types in Keap.
