Invoices can be created and sent from within a Keap Business Line text message conversation, allowing payment requests to be delivered directly to a contact's mobile device without leaving the messaging screen.
Send an Invoice Through Keap Business Line
Navigate to Comms, then select Business Line.

Select a contact from the conversation list.

Add line items to the invoice.

Select Next at the top-right of the page.

The invoice link is automatically inserted into the text message conversation.
Add any additional message text as needed, then select Send to deliver the message.

The invoice status can be tracked by opening the invoice from within the text conversation or by navigating to the Invoices tab in the Sales section.

Why is the Send new invoice button not working in Business Line?
Sending an invoice from the Business Line requires Keap Business Line to be set up and the contact must have a phone number associated with the Business Line conversation. Both conditions must be met for invoice sending to be available.
Can an existing draft invoice be sent from a Business Line conversation?
No. The invoice button in the Business Line messenger only creates new invoices addressed to the selected contact. Draft invoices and previously created invoices cannot be retrieved and sent from the Business Line conversation.
What is the link that appears in the text message after sending?
The link opens the invoice. When the contact opens the link, the invoice is displayed and the contact can complete payment from their mobile device.
Where can the invoice status be tracked after it is sent through Business Line?
Navigate to Sales, then select Invoices to view the full invoice details and status. The Invoices tab shows whether the invoice has been viewed and displays a notification when payment is received.
