The Keap mobile app lets you create tasks directly from a contact record so you never lose track of a follow-up, callback, or next step. Adding a task to a contact keeps your to-do list connected to the right person, making it easier to stay organized and act on leads faster. How to Add a Task to a Contact in the Keap Mobile App
- Tap Contacts in the bottom navigation bar to open your contact list.
- Tap the contact you want to add a task to. This opens the contact record.

Tap the More button on the contact record to expand the available action options.

Tap Tasks from the list of action options that appears. This opens the task creation screen where you can enter the task details for that contact.
How to View Tasks for a Contact in the Keap Mobile App
After a task has been created for a contact, you can view the task directly from the contact record without navigating away from the contact.
- Tap the contact the task was created for to open the contact record.

Tap the Tasks activity card on the contact record to view all tasks associated with that contact, including the task title, due date, and current status.
