Access Notification and Sound Settings

1. Tap the gear icon in the Keap Mobile app to open the Settings page.

2. Tap Notifications and Sounds.

Available Notification and Sound Options

The following notification types can be turned on or off:

• Appointments — Receive a notification when a contact books, cancels, or reschedules an appointment.

• Quotes — Receive a notification when a contact views or accepts a quote.

• Invoices — Receive a notification when a contact views or pays an invoice.

• Lead Form — Receive a notification when a new lead submits their contact information through a lead form.

Keap Business Line users can also customize sounds for the following:

• Incoming calls

• Incoming text messages

Set Custom Notification Sounds (iOS Only)

A custom tone can be set for Keap push notifications on iOS, making it easier to distinguish Keap notifications from personal notifications. The device's Ring/Silent switch must be in the Ring position to hear Keap notification sounds.

1. Tap the notification type to customize.
