What You Can Do with Contacts in Keap Mobile
The Keap Mobile app gives you access to your full contact list from your phone so you can look up customer information, update contact details, make calls, and send text messages — all without going back to your desk. Mobile reminders and alerts keep you on top of follow-ups when you are between appointments or on the go.

How to View a Contact's Details

In the Keap Mobile app, tap Contacts in the bottom navigation bar to open your contacts list.
The bottom navigation bar displays the main sections of the app. The Contacts icon opens the contacts list.

In the contacts list, tap on the contact whose details you want to view to open their contact record.

On the contact record screen, tap the contact's avatar or initials at the top of the screen to open the full contact details view.

How to Edit a Contact's Details

On the contact detail screen, tap the Edit button to open the contact editing view.
The Edit button is located at the top right of the contact detail screen. Tapping Edit switches the contact fields from view mode to edit mode.

Tap any field you want to update and make your changes. Tap Save when you are finished to save the updated contact details.
The contact edit screen displays all contact fields as editable text inputs. Tap any field to edit its value.
What Contact Information You Can Add
When adding or editing a contact in Keap Mobile, you can fill in the following sections:

General Information — First name, last name, job title, company, and other basic contact details.

Phone and email — Phone numbers and email addresses, each with a type selector (Mobile, Work, Home, Other).

Billing address — The contact's billing address with Google Auto Address Complete to speed up address entry.

Additional information — Tap Add additional info to add LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Spouse fields to the contact record.
How to Add or Update the Company Field

In the contacts list, tap the contact whose company you want to update.

On the contact record screen, tap the contact's avatar or initials to open the contact details view.

In the contact details view, locate the Company field under the General section and tap it to open the company search field.
The General section of the contact details view displays the Company field. Tapping the Company field opens the company search and entry screen.

Type the company name in the text entry field. If the company already exists in your CRM, it will appear in the suggestions list. If the company does not exist yet, tap Add New to create a new company record with the name you typed.
The company search screen displays the text field for entering a company name and the Add New button below it. Tapping Add New creates a new company record in your CRM with the name you entered.

After selecting or creating the company, the Company field on the contact record will update to display the selected company name.
The Company field on the contact record now displays the company name. To correct a typo in the company name, repeat this process and retype the company name with the correct spelling.
How to Add an Address to a Contact
Address fields in Keap Mobile use Google Auto Address Complete, which automatically suggests matching addresses as you type.
- On the contact edit screen, tap the Address line 1 field in any of the address sections — Shipping, Billing, or Optional.

Start typing the address. Google Auto Address Complete will display matching address suggestions below the field as you type. Tap the correct address from the suggestions to fill in the full address automatically.

How to Call a Contact
- In the contacts list, tap the contact you want to call to open their contact record.

On the contact record screen, tap the Call button to initiate the call.
The Call button is displayed in the action buttons row on the contact record screen. Tapping Call opens the phone number selector if the contact has more than one phone number on file.
- If the contact has multiple phone numbers, a selection screen will appear. Tap the phone number you want to call.

Tap Call to place the call.
The phone number selection screen displays the available phone numbers for the contact. The Call button appears below the selected number. Tapping Call places the call using the Keap Business Line.
How to Log a Call Note During or After a Call
- Initiate a call to the contact using the steps in the How to Call a Contact section above.

When the call is placed, the Keap Mobile app will automatically open a note screen for that contact. You can write your call notes during the call or after the call ends.
The call note screen opens automatically after a call is placed. The screen displays a text entry area for writing notes. Notes entered here are saved to the contact's activity record in your CRM.
How to Text a Contact
- In the contacts list, tap the contact you want to text to open their contact record.

On the contact record screen, tap the Text button to open the text messaging screen for that contact.
The Text button is displayed in the action buttons row on the contact record screen. Tapping Text opens the text messaging conversation view for that contact.
Note: If a phone number is selected that is not associated with a Keap Business Line, the text message will be sent through your device's native messaging app rather than through the Keap app.
