Adding a contact to a campaign from the Keap™ mobile app lets you trigger the right automation at the right moment — directly from the contact record, without switching to a browser. A campaign sequence is a scheduled series of communications and follow-up steps that are automatically sent after a contact is added to the campaign. Once the contact is enrolled, the automation handles the follow-up while you stay focused on your business.
How to Add a Contact to a Campaign from the Mobile App
Follow the steps below to add a contact to a campaign sequence from the Keap™ mobile app. You must have at least one campaign set up in your account before the Add to campaign option will appear.

Open the Keap™ mobile app and navigate to the contact record for the contact you want to add to a campaign. Tap the + button — displayed in the upper area of the contact record — to open the contact action menu.

Tap Add to campaign from the contact action menu. The campaign selection screen opens and displays a list of all campaigns available in your account.

If you do not see the Add to campaign option, you may not have any campaigns set up in your account. Campaigns must be created in your browser-based account before they appear as options in the mobile app.

Tap the campaign you want to add the contact to from the campaign list. If the contact is already active in a campaign, that campaign will display a Contact active in campaign indicator next to the campaign name.

Tap the sequence you want to add the contact to from the sequence list. A campaign sequence is a scheduled series of automated communications and follow-up steps within the campaign. Once you select a sequence, the contact is enrolled immediately and the automation begins.
The screenshot above shows the sequence selection screen with available sequences listed for the selected campaign. Each sequence is displayed by name. Tap the sequence name to enroll the contact. The contact is added to the selected sequence immediately and the campaign automation begins running for that contact.

The Add to campaign option is not appearing in the contact action menu. Why?
The Add to campaign option only appears in the contact action menu after at least one campaign has been created in your account. If you have not set up any campaigns yet, the option will not be visible. Campaigns must be created in your browser-based account before they appear as options in the mobile app.
Can I remove a contact from a campaign using the mobile app?
No. Removing a contact from a campaign is not currently available in the Keap™ mobile app. To remove a contact from a campaign, log in to your browser-based account and manage the contact's campaign enrollment from there.
Can I see which campaigns a contact is currently enrolled in?
Yes. To check whether a contact is already active in a campaign, tap the + button on the contact record and tap Add to campaign. On the campaign selection screen, any campaign the contact is currently enrolled in will display a Contact active in campaign indicator next to the campaign name.
